When the website is opened, the hosting and content-delivery systems may process the IP address, date and time, requested URL, response status and basic browser, device and network information. This is necessary to deliver the website, maintain availability, prevent misuse and investigate technical or security incidents.

Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. No visitor profile is created and the site does not use analytics or advertising services.

If you contact the clinic, we process the name, contact details, message, appointment-related information and any information you voluntarily provide. The purpose is to answer your enquiry, arrange an appointment and take steps requested by you before providing a service. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or, for general enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Please do not send unnecessary medical documents or sensitive health data by ordinary email. Where information becomes part of healthcare provision or medical documentation, the separate statutory rules for healthcare data apply, including Article 9(2)(h) GDPR and Hungarian healthcare legislation.

These providers may engage subprocessors. Access is limited to what is necessary to provide the relevant service.

Vercel, Sanity and Google may process data through entities or subprocessors outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are based on an adequacy decision, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or another safeguard permitted by Chapter V GDPR. Technical request data is kept only for the period required for delivery, security and troubleshooting, according to the host's current plan-based retention and security settings. Contact correspondence is kept until the enquiry or appointment arrangement is completed, and thereafter only where a statutory retention duty, healthcare documentation rule or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires it.

The controller uses proportionate technical and organisational measures and limits access to persons and providers who need it for the stated purpose.

Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Requests can be sent to empatiadent@gmail.com. We normally respond within one month.

Providing personal data is not required merely to browse the website. If you contact us, sufficient contact and request details are needed so that the clinic can answer. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place on the website.
